PB owners Birgit en Peter share their 4 favorite Paris hotspots

Je t'aime Paris! The city of love, with its coffee and croissants and inhabitants with immaculate taste in fashion. No wonder Birgit and Peter love to visit Paris - to be inspired by everything this worldly city has to offer every season. Discover their 4 favorite hotspots in the much-loved district Le Marais and experience Paris like Birgit and Peter.

1. To sleep
Place de Vosges is Paris’ oldest square and is often referred to as one of the most beautiful in the world. It’s the perfect setting for a luxury boutique hotel like Le Pavillion de La Reine. The romantic get-away radiates a chic mix of a modern eclectic interior, enriched with historic details and offers a restaurant and spa, next to comfortable suites. Every room has its own unique interior which makes each room feel different.

2. To shop
To get inspired while shopping, visiting a small department store is always a good idea. Merci is definitely one to keep in mind, with its ever-changing collection of fashion, design and household items. The industrial setting with a spectacular glass roof that lets in a waterfall of light, makes Merci a place to be amongst lifestyle bloggers.

3. To go for lunch
Escaping the buzz of the city during the day can be done at LOULOU. A great spot for enjoying a lunch with the possibility to eat outside in the Jardin des Tuileries - the spacious garden behind the Louvre. The high-end menu is inspired by the foods of the Italian and French Riviera, with a rich pallet of simple but expressive flavors.

4. The best hamburger
Not in the mood for French cuisine or chic surroundings? Then pay a visit to ferdi for the best burger in town. Hamburgers in Paris? Pourquoi pas?! The interior of the small and cosy space is surprising, displaying a floor-to-ceiling collection of old toys. Reservations can only be made by text message.
