This Rouge Bunny Rouge Eye Khol pencil in the Delilah shade is based on satin-like texturizers, highly concentrated powdery ingredients and waxes. The exceptional formula of the Eye Khol pencil stands out with maximum comfort, easy glide and outstanding staying power. The color release is beautifully creamy and intensely saturated for precision contouring, gentle lash lines, waterline application and effortless blending. The magnetically intense colors are ideal for a winged eyeliner and smoky styles alike.

Tips:

- The soft formula of this eye pencil is perfect for a smoky look: smudge the pencil line with your fingertip or with a sponge applicator. Use a lighter version of the Eye Khol collection to get a softer day-version of smoky eyes.

- For a perfect line, slightly stretch the eyelid by lifting the outside edge of the brow with your forefinger and place your middle finger or thumb on the outer edge of your cheekbone with a slight downwards pull.
