Eton was founded in small Swedish town in 1928 by Annie and David Petterson. Annie originally started to design for the people in the village, but after a salesman brought one of their shirts over to England in 1950, the brands international foothold was established. Due to the difficult pronunciation of the Swedish names they changed the brand name to Eton.

Ever since, quality and attention to detail has been the heart of everything they do. Genuine craftsmanship combined with cutting edge weaving technology and a unique finishing process is the key to their success. Over the years, Eton has grown from a small two-person operation in Gånghester, Sweden, to a company known worldwide for their superior quality.
