FAQ concerning the Corona virus
When will I receive my order?
Our delivery times remain the same. Orders before 16.00hrs will be sent out the same day and delivered the next working day. For orders outside The Netherlands, different delivery times apply. Go to the overview for the full info per country. Home delivery or pick-up point? Our advice is to choose home deliveryas much as possible, but we still offer the option for delivery at a pick-up point. We also advice you to check the info on the PostNL website beforehand for the most current information about opening hours of pick-up locations. Can I pick up my order at the PB. office? Unfortunately, it’s not possible to pick up your order until further notice. Can PostNL pick up my return? The PostNL and UPS deliverers can receive your package when they deliver a new package (order). This is possible without an appointment or pick-up assignment. Please make sure to execute the following steps: 1. Register your return. 2. Stick the included return sticker on the box and visibly state our return number. 3. From Monday to Friday, you can hand over your return to the deliverer that will deliver a new package (order) to your house. You’ll directly receive a proof of shipment with a track & trace code from the deliverer. Not at home at moment of delivery? In the Netherlands, PostNL will deliver your order at your neighbors. When your neighbors are unable to receive your package (order), it will be dropped at a PostNL pick-up point near you. In Belgium, a second attempt of delivery applies. In case the second delivery attempt fails, your package will be sent to a UPS pick-up point. You’ll receive a note as soon as your package is ready for pick up at the mentioned UPS location. Can I still receive orders in countries that are locked down? This is possible momentarily, as long as deliverers are allowed to drive, we’ll keep sending out your orders. |
