Return and exchange conditions

Within the trial period of 14 days your order or a part of your order can be sent back free of charge, within the European Union and other selected countries without registering your return online. Or register your return online within the 14 day trial period and sent back your order or part of your order within the following 14 days. We would like to receive the item unworn (fitting is of course allowed), in the original packaging and with cards. Returning in non-original packaging can lead to a decrease in value for both parties (the customer and PB). Beauty products, lingerie and legwear must be returned in unopened packaging. If there are damages or stains on the product, we can charge costs. Some hygiene products are excluded from the right of withdrawal if the seal is broken after delivery.

We maintain the right to decline items that have been damaged or stained. Because of hygienic reasons, it is not possible to return or exchange opened beauty- and lifestyle products. Returning these is only possible with a closed seal.

Share our love for clothes!
Your order has been packed and sent with lots of care. Not happy with your choice and want to return items? Then please treat the clothes with the same amount of love as we do and prevent staining and damaging while fitting and repacking. Think makeup stains, pet hairs and unpleasant odors. Together, we'll make sure that somebody else will be happy with the item.

Repeated Returns
PB. offers a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your PB account or future orders being refused.

Right of Withdrawal
As PB-customer you have the right to return a product without giving notice within a period of 14 days (Right of Withdrawal). You may use this period to view, try and look at the product unless otherwise stated.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day:
• that you received the item
• for multiple items in one order; at the moment when all items have been received
