Of course, red is the color of passion, warmth and love, but it also represents strength and energy. On the other hand, red can be dominant and provocative. The range of red shades shows bright red tones as well as dark red hues like burgundy - with a warm, slightly retro appeal. Burgundy is an absolute favorite for autumn and perfectly combines with earth tones, like brown. The softer side of red is the family of pinks. Pink has a lovely, slightly sweet and positive vibe with a calming effect and a dreamy look. Red is a powerful color for a business outfit, with magenta pink as its softer alternative, while still radiating all the warmth and vigor. Ps. Our favorite combination with red? Brown is at the centre of the earth tone family and contains a wide range of different browns - from chestnut brown to taupe and hazelnut brown - and evokes an instant feel of safeness, stability and accessibility. It’s a somewhat preserved color with a natural character that also radiates warmth and reliability. Brown gorgeously combines with other earth tones, but also with a bright contrasting color like red or orange, or team with a soft, feminine shade like pink. The lighter variant within the brown hues is beige. A stylish color with a modest look and a clean and neutral appearance - perfect as combination color or base color. Beige isn’t just a match with other hues from the range of browns but also teams well with earth tones and contrasting colors like red and white. 

Green is also part of the earth tones and shows a color palette from light green to dark green - including moss, olive and emerald green - that radiates a natural and harmonious feel. Balance and harmony are associated with the color green, as well as a sense of calm. Green effortlessly combines with other earth tones, but is also a perfect match with its complementary color magenta. Denim blue, white and pink are also colors that go great with green. Khaki green and army green are green shades that are versatile in use; colors with an edgy, yet neutral character and a super stylish feel. Turquoise is a shade of green that finds its origin in the eponymous gemstone and is known for its bright blue undertone. This color stands for positivity and calmness, but also offers peace and balance.
